Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards 2021 (CWPA) named the funniest Photowhich was made in the wild.
The CWPA’s official website announced that this year’s winner was a photo of Ken Jensen, taken in China in 2016.
Who is in the picture?
The photo shows a male monkey sitting amusingly and uncomfortably on the wire at the same time. The picture was named “Oops!” (Ouch!).
Aggressive monkey
According to the photographer, at that time the male was behaving aggressively. However, a good shot made him comedic.
“It’s a great feeling to know that your shot makes people smile around the world and helps support conservation and conservation efforts,” said Ken Jensen.
