For over two years Virgil has bravely fought a rare and aggressive cancer – cardiac angiosarcoma. Since his diagnosis in 2019, he has tried to recover by undergoing many complex procedures and at the same time managing several large institutions.
Virgil Abloh’s influence on the fashion world
In 2013, Abloh founded his own high-end streetwear brand, Off-White. Has collaborated with brands such as Nike and IKEA.
