While Ukrainians are wondering when the quarantine will be tightened because of Omicron, the Dutch government has introduced quarantine restrictions, but not for everyone. In this regard, activists staged a peaceful protest – they turned some theaters and museums into beauty salons and gyms, writes Bloomberg.
The reaction of the people was that in December 2021 the government eased temporary restrictions and resumed the work of shops, gyms, hairdressers, nail salons and even brothels. But Prime Minister Mark Rutte said cultural venues such as theatres, museums and cinemas must remain closed.

In this regard, the creative organizations of the country came up with the idea of protest, and several theaters, concert halls and museums decided to join the initiative.
