O B3 real estate fund index (Ifix) ended the session this Wednesday (17) with a high of 0.3%, at 2,916 points. With the result, the indicator accumulates appreciation of 3.6% in the month.
With an appreciation of 4.73%, the BTG Pactual Terras Agrícolas (BTRA11) was the positive highlight of the trading session, and its shares began to rise after the fund informed that the purchase of Fazenda Vianmancel was recognized by the creditor of the former owners of the property.
