THE OK (VALE3) informed this Friday that it will make the semi-annual payment of remuneration of debentures shares on September 30, in the gross amount of BRL 1.841096662 per debenture.
In a statement released to the market, the mining company said that payments will total BRL 715.37 million to holders, a value that includes BRL 710.62 million in premium on the sale of the product. iron ore4.68 million reais in premium on the sale of concentrated copper product, in addition to 72.94 thousand reais referring to the premium on the sale of mining rights.
The financial settlement will take place on October 3, through the B3 (B3SA3) or the Bradesco (BBDC4), as the security’s custodian, said the company.
