According to the website DownDetector, which monitors the operation of online platforms, reports about the instability of the application started around 5:30 am and intensified after 7 am.

Error notifications reported on DownDetector surpassed the 1,000 mark by 8:18 am this Friday.
At the moment, customers are advised to call the call center to make their transactions or wait a few hours for the application to be restored.
