Camil (CAML3) will pay BRL 25 million in interest on own capital (JCP), see how to receive it

THE Camil Alimentos 🇧🇷CAML3) will pay R$ 25 million in interest on equity (JCP) to its shareholders, the company announced last Thursday (24).

The amount corresponds to R$ 0.071 per company share.

The payment of JCP is subject to the levy of 15% withholding income tax, except for shareholders who declare to be immune or exempt until December 2, 2022.

All shareholders holding Camil common shares on December 1, 2022 will be entitled to JCP.

As of December 2, 2022, the company’s shares will be traded as ex-JCP.

Proceeds will be paid to shareholders on December 12, according to the respective current account and bank address of the shareholder provided to the Bradesco Bank🇧🇷
