Renner (LREN3) stores reported on Monday (26) that it will operate with two vice presidents. The first will be dedicated exclusively to the Renner brand, integrating the areas of product and operations.
Already the second will be responsible for the other brands of the group: Youcom, Camicado, Ashua and passes. Both structures will report directly to the company’s president.
The new structure has as its objective increase agility in decision makingpromote greater synergy between business units and ensure more efficient and sustainable growth.
Departure from Renner Product Director
Renner also announced the departure of Henry Costa, who resigned as the product director, as well as the functions he was in the company’s controlled companies.
Costa leaves the company after 27 years of contribution, the last six ahead of the Product Board.
The other members of the Statutory Board follow in their positions, with new designations as registered in the minutes of the Board of Directors.
