C&A Modas (CEAB3) informed the market on Monday (23) that it officially ended its partnership with Banco Bradesco (BBDC4) and the Bradescardstarted in 2009, to offer financial products and services to its customers.
According to a relevant fact, the retailer signed a transaction and termination term of the contract with the banks and, as part of the agreement, sold the rights related to the Bradescard Flag Card portfolio for R $ 170 million.
In addition, C&A informed the early discharge of the amount of R $ 650.6 million regarding the rights to explore, independently, the offer of financial services – previously exclusive to Bradesco. This obligation would have originally overcome in July 2025.
C&A (CEAB3) shares closed today’s trading session (23) with a rise of 0.77%, to R $ 17.02.
