(ANSA) – BOLOGNA, 16 FEB – The owner of the Halloween Pub in Bologna, Mattia Florulli, was sued by the Prosecutor for aggravated defamation against the commissioner Gianfranco Bernabei, who in the meantime became prefect in Trento.

In Florulli, defended by the lawyers Lorenza Chiodini and Mauro Sandri, the prosecutor Antonello Gustapane disputes the expressions made during a speech from the stage of the protest in May, called ‘Primum non harmful rights and freedoms’ in which a few hundred people participated. The commissioner is assisted by the lawyer Chiara Rinaldi.
