(ANSA) – BESANA BRIANZA (MONZA), 03 MAR – A 44-year-old man was denounced by the carabinieri in Besana Brianza (Monza) for trying to lure a 14-year-old girl. To convince her to follow him to her house, he pretended to be a journalist from ‘Striscia la Notizia’ who wanted to interview her.
The girl was waiting for the train to go home after school, when the 44-year-old resident of Vigevano (Pavia) approached her. “I am a journalist from the Strip”, he told her, trying to convince her to give him an interview on the Covid-19 emergency that she should have held in the man’s apartment. The 14-year-old refused and sent her mother a message from her where she explained what was going on.
The woman, after calling the carabinieri, reached her daughter and detained the 44-year-old while waiting for the military. The man was identified and reported for attempted solicitation of a minor. (HANDLE).
