(ANSA) – TEMPIO PAUSANIA, MARCH 16 – “The news will have ample space but we must avoid the spectacle. I am more concerned about the procedural times because we are in 2022 and these are facts of 2019: the risk is that the suffering of my assisted”. This was stated before the hearing by Giulia Bongiorno, lawyer of one of the girls who were victims of the alleged gang rape for which Ciro Grillo and three of his friends are on trial in Tempio Pausania. “The psychologist told me that I have to try to call her only once for all the arguments because each time is a new trauma, so for those who live this process as victims, the situation is heavy”.
Today the first hearing of the trial is scheduled, on the facts that date back to the summer of 2019 in Costa Smeralda. Responding to a question, outside the court, on the list of witnesses which also includes some journalists, the lawyer and senator Bongiorno explained that “there were statements made in the preliminary investigations and in the minutes that do not coincide with what was declared on TV and in the newspapers. Where I have the recordings I bring the recordings, I don’t know if I will be able to have them all and therefore I have cautiously indicated two journalists. If I have the recordings I will give up the journalists, that’s all “. (HANDLE).
