“This is a very serious episode, an example of incivility and moral degradation that could lead to a real offense of a criminal nature – explains President Furio Truzzi – We ask the Public Prosecutors of Genoa and Milan to identify, also with the help of the security cameras, all passengers who forced disabled children to get off the train, and to proceed against them based on art. 610 of the criminal code according to which “Anyone who, with violence or threats, forces others to do, tolerate or omitting something is punishable with up to four years’ imprisonment “.
