Razumkov was not invited to Truskavets – Arakhamia named the reason

Verkhovna Rada Speaker Dmitry Razumkov has not yet received an invitation to the congress of “servants of the people” in Truskavets, which will take place on October 1-2, and all because he is not a member of the faction.

The head of the faction David Arakhamia told about this on the air of the Ukraine TV channel.

To the host’s question whether the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada has been invited to Truskavets, he replied: “Not yet, but that may change.”

“We have not sent an invitation yet. We have not yet finished the format. He is not a member of our faction, he is a non-factional deputy. While we are doing an intra-factional event. Now we are discussing the invited guests,” Arahamia said.

At the same time, the first vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk was invited to the congress of “servants”, although he is also not a member of the faction.

“I’ll explain why, everything is clear here. Stefanchuk is the project manager of the so-called” troika “, when we were developing legislative initiatives – the head of the profile committee, the profile minister and the deputy head of the President’s Office in this area. Stefanchuk is in charge of this area. programs “, – explained the head of the faction.

Razumkov’s conflict with the “Servant of the people”

• It all started after Dmitry Razumkov sent a bill on oligarchs to the Venice Commission. He agreed to do this at the request of the Ombudsman and all opposition factions, but refused a request not to do this to his native Servant of the People party.
• The first to “rebel” was the head of the “SN” faction, David Arakhamia, who first, in a commentary to journalists, ran into Razumkov, promising that he would have a conversation with the head of parliament. Then Arahamia continued to harshly criticize him on the air of the “Freedom of Speech Savik Shuster” program.
• Then, on the same program, Stefanchuk got down to business, who right there filed a complaint with Razumkov: they say that the speaker recently refused him a request to submit the bill on local referendums to the Venice Commission, and after some time sent an oligarchic law there.
• Now it has come to the point that Razumkov may not be invited to the congress in Truskavets. But if he does get there, then an unpleasant conversation awaits him there, they may even raise the question of his resignation.

Let us remind you that the congress of “servants of the people” in Truskavets will take place on October 1-2, and the deputies will be accommodated in the luxurious Rixos Prykarpattya hotel. The political force dubbed the event as the “big faction”, and President Volodymyr Zelensky will also be present there.

As we already wrote, the head of the Servant of the People party, Alexander Kornienko, recently said that Truskavets is a unique place in Ukraine, where it is possible to compactly accommodate three hundred people at once, because there are simply no other similar places in the country.
