The Security Service of Ukraine continues to expose individuals involved in illegal activities related to the registration of the Sharia Party political party.

This is reported by the SBU.

“So far, three persons have been declared suspicious under Part 2 of Art. 205-1 (forgery of documents submitted for state registration of a legal entity and individual entrepreneurs) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the ministry said in a statement.

The SBU has substantiated evidence of the involvement of these persons in the forgery of documents on the re-registration of the United Ukraine political party into the Sharia Party political party and in falsification of the minutes of the meetings of this “political force” to elect “the necessary party leaders.”

Surname for $ 500

Earlier we reported that the employees of the Security Service of Ukraine reported that one of the leaders of the Sharia Party was suspected of forging documents on the purchase of this political force and on the election of its leaders.

What does the SBU think

The SBU said that they have evidence of the suspect’s involvement in the forgery of documents on the re-registration of the United Ukraine political party into the Sharia Party political party. Also, the investigators found out that the attacker falsified the minutes of the meetings of the political force, which made it possible to select the necessary party leaders.

The special service recalled that Viktor Shariy, on whom the political force is registered, admitted that he had nothing to do with its activities and for $ 500 allowed him to use his surname.

Let us remind you that on February 16, Anatoly Shariy was informed about suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – “Treason” and “Incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and hatred”, and the SBU put him on the wanted list. The representatives of the special services note that he could have acted on the orders of foreign structures.
