(ANSA) – BOLZANO, 25 MAY – An over one hundred year old is the latest victim of Covid-19 in South Tyrol. She reports this in her daily bulletin by the provincial health authority.
Since the start of the health emergency there are now 1,476 deaths.
Furthermore, in the last 24 hours, 189 new positive cases have been ascertained: of these, 23 were detected on the basis of 489 PCR swabs and 166 on the basis of 1,412 antigen tests.
After a few days without Covid-19 patients in the critical area, a patient returns to intensive care. Another 36 (1 more than yesterday) are assisted in the normal hospital wards. On the other hand, 12 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized in affiliated private structures (the data is updated to 23 May).
The people in quarantine or in home isolation are 2,054 (227 fewer), while those declared recovered are 416 for a total of 213,890. (HANDLE).
