(ANSA) – BOLOGNA, 01 JUN – The Juvenile Court of Bologna has sentenced two young people, now 20 years old, to three years and six months, for group sexual violence allegedly committed on 2 May 2018 in a bathroom of a school of city, to the detriment of a girl. On the other hand, a third accused was acquitted. The three declared themselves unrelated to the facts, the prosecutor had asked for two years and eight months.
In particular, they were accused of having blocked the bathroom door and of having heavily harassed the girl, who was fifteen at the time. The victim had confided in her parents, filed a complaint and the police investigation had started. At the request of the defense of one of the young people, lawyer Donata Malmusi, before pronouncing the sentence, the panel of judges had the victim repeat the recognition and therefore acquitted the boy.
“I am very happy – comments the lawyer Malmusi – I have always believed in the absolute strangeness of my client and I had great faith in the court. The investigation was originally flawed and conditioned by the teachers of the school”. (HANDLE).
