(ANSA) – NAPLES, JUN 04 – Concept Bocchetti, 46, was released from prison, together with his ex-partner Alessandra Terracciano, 36, sentenced last February to six years in prison as he was found guilty of abandonment and injuries culpable inflicted on his son, Vincenzo, the child who was born in a house in Portici, in the province of Naples on March 16, 2021 and found dying 4 days after birth, with evident signs of burns.
To decide – despite the contrary opinion expressed by the Naples Public Prosecutor’s Office – was the sixth criminal section of the Court of Naples (college B) which accepted the request presented by Bocchetti’s lawyer, the lawyer Fabio Della Corte. The judges simultaneously ordered house arrest for the man.
The decision was adopted, explains the judicial authority, in consideration, among other things, of the role played by Bocchetti in the sad affair, “… undersized compared to that of co-defendant Alessandra Terracciano …”, in consideration of the fact that the 46-year-old has already “… suffered a period of imprisonment equal to over a year and two months …” and also taking into account that “… the original charge of very serious voluntary injuries has been changed to culpable one. .. “.
