To decide – despite the contrary opinion expressed by the Naples Public Prosecutor’s Office – was the sixth criminal section of the Court of Naples (college B) which accepted the request presented by Bocchetti’s lawyer, the lawyer Fabio Della Corte. The judges simultaneously ordered house arrest for the man.

The decision was adopted, explains the judicial authority, in consideration, among other things, of the role played by Bocchetti in the sad affair, “… undersized compared to that of co-defendant Alessandra Terracciano …”, in consideration of the fact that the 46-year-old has already “… suffered a period of imprisonment equal to over a year and two months …” and also taking into account that “… the original charge of very serious voluntary injuries has been changed to culpable one. .. “.
