(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 06 – “The future is together”: this is the slogan of the General States of the Voluntary Service of Civil Protection 2022, which will be held from 16 to 19 June in Rome, at the Roma Tre University. Four days in which civil protection volunteers will discuss eight themes: safety, resources, communication strategies, values, representation, perspectives, activities in the international field and civil protection planning. The opening ceremony will be held on the afternoon of June 16 in the presence of the President of the Republic.
The 320 delegates of national organizations, regional and local associations and municipal groups will meet in June to lay the foundations, in a broad and participatory context, to face in a homogeneous way the future challenges of the operational structure of the National Civil Protection Service. On 19 June, the closing day of the event, a plenary session will be held in which a report will be presented with the results of the eight tables of the General States of the Civil Protection Volunteer Work.
