(ANSA) – ROME, JULY 04 – ‘Red light’ flyers to make the life of her partner’s ex-wife impossible, thus being targeted by strangers who kept calling her for ‘hot’ ads. Confirmed by the Supreme Court – for this matter with a ‘crime scene’ in the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome – the sentence to one year of imprisonment, without granting the extenuating circumstances, against a 58-year-old Roman who persecuted the ex-wife of her partner. She left flyers with ‘erotic’ advertisements in the bathrooms of all the motorway restaurants, with the complete address and cell phone of the unsuspecting ‘advertised’ woman. On the ‘brochures’ stood the photo of the victim with his teenage daughter, portrayed at the seaside in costume, accompanied by the words “pay one, get one, special prices, maximum confidentiality, you can receive at home by appointment”. “The harassment was caused by the accused with repeated dissemination of leaflets in the bathrooms of various motorway restaurants, actions – write the ‘stoats’ in the verdict for persecutory acts – which resulted in indirect harassment (repeated telephone contacts by people in search of sexual performance) but subtle and particularly intrusive in the victim’s private and relationship life. The target woman – underlines the Supreme Court – “found herself not only put to the sedan (together with her minor daughter) but suddenly the recipient of unwanted sexual offers from strangers who knew the telephone number and the exact location of the house”.
