(ANSA) – TRIESTE, JUL 16 – The 28-year-old Dominican citizen Toledo Manzueta, 28-year-old former roommate, of Luca Lardieri, was sentenced to 16 years for voluntary murder, fire in the latter’s apartment, where he had been staying for a few days, to cancel the evidence. The house was on the top floor in the popular district of San Giacomo, in via del Ponzanino. This was reported by some local newspapers.
Judged with the abbreviated rite, the Dominican citizen was condemned by the Gup Luigi Dainotti, thus accepting the request of the Prosecutor Massimo De Bortoli, who had coordinated the investigations of the mobile squad. Manzueta on Easter 2021, he killed Lardieri, aged 35, who was followed by social services. The accused was instead acquitted of minor offenses such as injuries and slander. (HANDLE).
