(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 29 JUL – The fire on the Carso, in San Michele fraction of Savogna d’Isonzo and Devetachi (Gorizia), continued to develop during the night but did not progress significantly. This was announced by the deputy governor of the Fvg Region with delegations to Civil Protection and Health Riccardo Riccardi, specifying that instead the greatest concerns at the moment are aroused by the fire that broke out in another area of the Fvg, about seventy kilometers further afield. North but always close to the border with Slovenia, in the Municipality of Taipana (Udine). However, two Canadair, three helicopters are expected to take off in the region; two other Canadair, previously engaged in missions abroad, are expected to arrive later this morning. (HANDLE).
