Street vendor killed: autopsy in progress, last ‘goodbye’ wife

(ANSA) – ANCONA, 02 AUG – The autopsy of the body of the 39-year-old Nigerian, Alika Ogorchukwu, killed Friday along Corso Umberto I by a 32-year-old worker from Salerno, Filippo Ferlazzo, is underway at the hospital of Civitanova Alta (Macerata) , during a violent assault resulting from a request for alms.

The autopsy examination, which began shortly after 11, was preceded by the recognition of the body made by his wife, Charity Oriachi. Accompanying her in the recognition room were her brother and a woman, a pastor of the Nigerian community who had to support her. The term of the checks is not expected before 2.30 pm. The autopsy is performed by the coroner appointed by the prosecutor, Ilaria De Vitis.
