(ANSA) – MILAN, 08 AUGUST – He had stolen the wallet from his son’s teacher, then 12, during an interview in 2017. Following the complaint to the carabinieri, the sentence was sentenced to one year and four months. After the theft he had used his credit card for discretionary purchases and had even moved the points that the victim had accumulated at the Esselunga to his card.
The woman, then 41, had gone to a middle school in Verano Brianza for an interview with her son’s teacher.
On the occasion, the woman, convicted for crimes against property and the person, taking advantage of a moment of distraction from the teacher had slipped her hands into her bag and took her wallet. The Carabinieri of Besana Brianza had reconstructed that the woman had used credit cards for various purchases. From the Esselunga supermarket loyalty card, the 41-year-old had moved 1000 “Fidaty” points accumulated by the teacher to her personal card.
For the convicted person, other procedural events are currently being defined for other crimes including a theft committed in 2018 in Mariano Comense (Como) where, after having forced the shutters of a shop, she was found in possession of a crowbar and a break-in sword and had been arrested.
