It was organized by the Foundation that bears his name for next September 3, in Acciaroli di Pollica, with the intent “to raise awareness and not stop seeking justice, so that the ‘State’ does not give up on tracing back to those who have killed the ‘state’ “.
“Knowing the truth to believe in justice”, it is no coincidence that the slogan of the Foundation “Angelo Vassallo, Mayor Pescatore”, chaired by the brother of the mayor, Dario Vassallo, reads.
The march calls together “all those citizens, young people and the healthy part of the country who, inspired by the ideals of the Mayor Pescatore, have given rise to a wave of legality, which from Pollica has spread to all of Italy and beyond national borders “. The “March for Angelo” will start on Saturday 3 September at 18:00 from the square of the port of Acciaroli and will reach the place where the mayor was killed. A nine-hundred-meter path, which will also be attended by many first citizens from all over Italy.
