“We are here to give a message of solidarity from the government to the people of Tuscany affected by this terrible flood” with “concrete actions. For this reason the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has made 100 million non-refundable available for companies that export and have 3% of exports in turnover. Another 200 million in subsidized loans are expected in addition and a moratorium will be decided on the installments of Sace loans”, furthermore ICE “will facilitate the presence of the affected companies at international fairs”. Thus the minister of Foreign affairs Antonio Tajani on the sidelines of a meeting in Prato with damaged institutions and companies.
Tajani explained that they are “funds which according to the calculations we have made, I am talking about those which concern the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, can be given by the end of this month, so we are working intensely trying to give concrete answers as we have done for Romagna and for the part of Tuscany and Marche, hit in May”.
“Let’s move forward – he added -, we already have a run-in machine, there is an email to contact, we will present all the opportunities with all the necessary explanations to the entrepreneurs and local administrators of these affected areas”.
