(ANSA) – BOLOGNA, NOV 19 – A 33-year-old man was denounced by the police for having threatened to kill a neighbor with an electric chainsaw. It happened yesterday afternoon in the Pilastro area, on the outskirts of Bologna, where the agents intervened following the victim’s request for help. The 33-year-old, foreigner and already known for psychiatric problems, was taken to hospital and reported for serious and aggravated threats, damage and the carrying of weapons.
The woman said that, after a trivial discussion, the neighbor had come out of her house and, holding the chainsaw, had headed towards her screaming that he would kill her. The woman barricaded herself in the house in fright and, while calling 113, she heard that the man was damaging the elevator. The policemen found a knife on the 33-year-old, while the chainsaw was found in a basket in the condominium garden. (HANDLE).
