(ANSA) – PESARO, 12 DEC – “Here they are. Same logic and same idea of freedom. Protesting and ranting under anyone’s private home is a squad practice. There are no adjectives that describe it better”. On Twitter the mayor of Pesaro Matteo Ricci comments on the news of the No vax attack on Telegram with the appeal to publish sensitive data of their ‘enemies’, including Prime Minister Mario Draghi, complete with a threat to present himself under the his apartment “every night at 9 pm”.
On the evening of July 28, a group of people opposed to the anti-Covid closures, vaccines and Green Passes, including the ‘ioapro’ leader, the restaurateur Umberto Carriera, had ‘besieged’ the house of the mayor Matteo Ricci where at that moment there were only his family members, repeatedly ringing the bell and chanting the chants “Libertà” and “No Green Pass”.
For those facts, which the mayor defined as “squadristi”, the Pesaro Prosecutor’s Office investigated 19 people. Carriera sued Ricci for calling a “peaceful demonstration” a “squad”. (HANDLE).
