(ANSA) – PALERMO, DEC 26 – Long queues for tampons from this morning at the Hub of the Mediterranean Fair in Palermo.
The news about the increase in infections has alarmed those who have spent the holidays with the family or in clubs and are preparing for the New Year’s Eve dinner. Around the fair of the Mediterranean there are hundreds of cars in line.
The wait to perform the molecular swab is approximately two hours.
From today and for the entire holiday period, new rules have been taken regarding vaccines and tampons at the Palermo hub, with a partial suspension of the Open days, to better accommodate users. Vaccines without reservations can in fact be carried out only up to 2 pm; with the exception of December 31 and January 1, when only those who have booked will be able to get vaccinated. The Mediterranean Fair is open every day from 9 to 19 for vaccines, from 8 to 13 for swabs.
