(ANSA) – MILAN, JANUARY 28 – The hypothesis of a compensation to one of the two girls considered victims of Alberto Genovese, a web entrepreneur accused in Milan, accused of having raped, after having made them unconscious with a mix of drugs, is missing , two models: one, 18, during a party organized on 10 October two years ago in her penthouse with a view of the Duomo and baptized ‘Terrazza Sentimento’, the other, 23, her guest in a luxury villa in Ibiza in the previous July.
This was explained by Luigi Liguori, the lawyer of the 18-year-old young woman, at the end of today’s hearing, postponed to next April 5. “There has been no offer or any negotiation – said the lawyer -. Furthermore, I considered inappropriate the request made by the defense to submit my client to an expert opinion”. Expertise which was therefore not authorized.
The defenders of Genovese asked the judge for more time to carry out further investigations and then formulated any request for an abbreviated document. If this were not the case, it would proceed with the ordinary rite.
Last November the hypothesis of paying a sum to the other girl, at the time 23 years old, was also unsuccessful, as the negotiations were immediately interrupted: the young woman did not accept any refreshment and, despite the trauma, she made it known that she preferred face the process. (HANDLE).
