In Viterbo the civic Frontini wins the female challenge

Chiara Frontini is the new mayor of Viterbo. The candidate of the civic list conquers the Lazio capital in an all-female challenge whose result was far from obvious. Frontini, with about 64% (51 sections out of 66) of the preferences, beat the candidate dem Alessandra Troncarelli. On her third attempt in her run to first citizen, the outgoing former councilor of the National Alliance – supported by six lists including IoApro along with Vittorio Sgarbi’s ‘Rinascimento’ – has achieved her goal. “We deserve that the people of Viterbo put us to the test,” said Frontini before the end of the electoral campaign, launching his last appeal to the Viterbo people.
