(ANSA) – ROME, MARCH 07 – All bets on sporting events in Russian territory have been suspended. This is the decision taken by Snaitech which takes sides in the chorus of those calling for a ceasefire and a return to peace. The measure has immediate effect: all games relating to men’s and women’s football championships have already been eliminated from the Snai schedule, as well as those on other sports very popular in Russia, such as basketball, ice hockey, handball, volleyball and table tennis. Also canceled bets on all competitions scheduled in Belarus, a country indirectly involved in the aggression against Ukraine. Of course, winning bets made in the period preceding the suspension will be regularly paid out.
