(ANSA) – ROME, APRIL 18 – Back from a week in Vicenza after the failure of Catania and the cancellation of Etna from Serie C (with relative release of his players), Jean Freddi Greco today entered the 16 ‘st of the game lost 1-2 against Perugia establishing a record. In fact, he is the first footballer originally from Madagascar (he was born in Andohatapenaka 21 years ago) to play in one of the main Italian leagues.
Freddi Greco, adopted when he was a child by a family living in Rome, is a left-handed midfielder of technique, physicality and very ductile: in fact he has been used in all the roles of the median, as well as as a defensive side. His model is Daniele De Rossi, and he began to shine in the youth teams of Rome, up to earning, being in possession of Italian citizenship, the blue jersey of the national under 17 (22 appearances), under 18 (20 appearances) and under 20 (for now only one appearance, in March of this year).
At a youth level he was also part of Turin, where Rome sent him in July 2019. (ANSA).
