(ANSA) – ROME, 02 MAY – Enrico Chieffi and Nando Colaninno, veterans of the victory in the Italian Star Championship on 25 April in Gaeta, confirmed their role as international protagonists in the Star Class, with a second final place in the Star Eastern Hemisphere 2022 sailing championship organized by the Royal Yacht Club Canottieri Savoia. 45 crews from 12 nations took part in the event. Seven races were held in the four days of competition, which was staged with perfect weather conditions and average wind in the Gulf of Naples.
Enrico Chieffi, who in his professional life is the CEO of SLAM.com, at the end of the award ceremony declared: “First of all, congratulations to Diego Negri and Sergio Lambertenghi for this success.
