A penalty scored in the 96th minute by Belgian striker Dressers allowed Roma’s rival Feyenoord in the Conference League final to draw 2-2 with PSV Eindhoven in a match of the 33rd matchday of the championship that now seemed to be lost. At the ‘De Kuip’ in Rotterdam, the visitors finished the first half 2-0 thanks to a brace from Gakpo. In the last minutes, the recovery of Feyenoord, with Dressers who scored the 1-2 goal in the 86th minute and then drew on a penalty with time expired.
Thus Feyenoord, three days from the end of the Eredivise, remains with seven points behind PSV, second in the standings at -4 from Ajax, and therefore sees diminishing hopes of catching the place that would allow them to play in the next Champions League preliminaries season.
Meanwhile, also in Rotterdam there is chaos for tickets for the final on 25 May in Tirana against Roma, given the requests and the fact that so far the club would have received only 3500 tickets from UEFA.
