(ANSA) – ROME, 02 JUN – Brazil beat South Korea 5-1 in Seoul in a friendly between two teams preparing for the World Cup in Qatar. The protagonist of the match was Neymar, who was in doubt on the eve of a blow taken in training but who instead scored two of the green-gold goals, both on penalties. The Paris Saint Germain player thanks to the brace is now only four goals from the record in the national team that belongs to Pele (77 in 92 appearances).
Neymar played almost 80 minutes before being replaced by Philippe Coutinho, who scored the fourth Brazilian goal. Richarlison had already opened the scoring in the 7th minute, while the last goal of the South Americans was scored by Gabriel Jesus.
