Giorgio Chiellini, former Juventus defender and captain, introduces himself to the fans of his new club, Los Angeles FC, at a press conference: “This is a really exciting chapter in my career. I have always dreamed of the USA and Los Angeles and I have I often thought about playing in Mls. I’m here also thanks to Pirlo and Nesta. Can’t wait to start. Do we only have 3 defensive players? I read that in the US the forwards sell tickets and the defenders win the championships, this is mine objective”.
Chiellini then talks about the American MLS in which he will play: “Obviously there are differences with Serie A and I will have to adapt quickly to the way I play and live, and also to get to the match. stadium one hour before the match, but I’m used to going to the hotel the night before.
