Without the feared rain, the Dutch leader of the world championship was the only one to go under the wall of 1’28 ”, with a time of 1’27 ” 901, and behind him was his team mate. Sergio Perez stable (+0.410). Third time for Charles Leclerc, with Ferrari (+0.447), preceding the Mercedes of George Russell (+0.525) and Lewis Hamilton (+0.587).
In the top 10 of the times table there are then, in order, Carlos Sainz (Ferrari, +0.788), Lando Norris (McLaren, +1.201), Valtteri Bottas (Alfa Romeo +1.284), Mick Schumacher (Haas, +1.609) and Fernando Alonso (Alpine, +1.619).
