Allegri’s ex-partner hearing, denounced, postponed to September

(ANSA) – TURIN, 05 JUL – The preliminary hearing that sees Claudia Ughi, the former partner of the Juventus coach, Massimiliano Allegri, has been postponed to September, accused of embezzlement and violation of family obligations. In the hearing this morning, which was held at the Palagiustizia in Turin, defended by the lawyer Davide Steccanella and by the lawyer Paolo Davico Bonino, Ughi asked for an abbreviated procedure: hence the postponement.

Allegri himself had sued the woman, who accuses the ex-partner of having used the money from the support of his 11-year-old son for himself and to pay the university fees of his eldest daughter, from a previous relationship.

The investigation by the financial police was coordinated by the prosecutor Davide Pretti. Representing the Juventus coach was the lawyer, Pietro Gaetano Nacci Manara, while Allegri and Ughi did not show up at the Palazzo di Giustizia. (HANDLE).
