“Apparently forever”: Usyk’s promoter spoke categorically about the fight with Fury

British champion Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) will soon be sent an official offer to fight with Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (2-0-, 13 KOs). The Gypsy King, as the Manchester native is called, will be offered an incredibly lucrative contract, which he must accept.

Promoter Alexander Krasyuk spoke about this in an interview with the YouTube channel iFL TV. He noted that in case of refusal to fight against Usyk, Tyson will be obliged to give up his World Boxing Council (WBC) championship belt, which the Briton has owned since 2020.

“As far as I know, Tyson’s team will soon receive an official written offer. Then it is up to them to accept it or reject it. We did everything possible to make this fight happen and now the ball is on his side. On Tyson’s side. If he accepts it, then he waiting for a big fight, the biggest fight of his career, if he tries to change something for himself or change the deal, it will show that he is not serious, then he needs to give up the belt and end his career or a week, like he did recently, uh, probably forever,” Krasyuk said.

Recall, Usyk on August 26 must hold a mandatory defense in a duel against Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs). It is also known that Saudi Arabia in December intends to organize fights Usyk – Fury and Anthony Joshua (25-3, 22 KOs) – Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs) in one evening. The boxers’ fees for the grand show were published in the media. At the same time, Anthony has already confirmed his fight against Deontay.

Earlier, Tyson called Usyk an ugly coward and expressed his readiness to fight the Ukrainian in the summer. In addition, he accused the Ukrainian of greed, which led to the disruption of the battle on April 29. And Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn expressed his confidence that Fury would not fight until winter.

At a press conference in Tenerife, Tyson Fury recently noted the boorish idea of Oleksandr Usyk. He also promised to destroy the Ukrainian champion.

As reported by GLOBAL HAPPENINGS, Oleksandr Usyk said that he intends to arrange a fight with Tyson Fury. Also, the Ukrainian boxer accused his British opponent of lying, and then unexpectedly turned to the Gypsy King. In response, the team of the Gypsy King noted that Usyk was only interested in money.
