(ANSA) – ROME, DEC 21 – The board of Sport and Health has approved the assignment of public contributions 2022 to sports organizations. In total 288 million will be distributed to Italian sport with an increase of eight million compared to the law. The criteria used for the allocation of resources change: the incidence of sports practice increases to 30%, while the “weight” of sports results passes to 60%, and the remaining 10% is the value given to the efficiency of resources.
But – informs Sport and Health – in the face of the change in criteria, no sports organization has undergone cuts compared to the previous year, also in consideration of the successes of Italian sport in 2021. In addition, the undersecretary with responsibility for Sport, Valentina Vezzali, will make use of the Sport e Salute company to allocate an additional 80 million to sports organizations, through projects aimed at promoting sport and expanding the base of practitioners.
In addition, for the Sport and Health social projects, the Department for Sport will have an additional 21 million available to be used, among other things, in the Inclusion plans, Neighborhoods, Sports in Parks, Sports in prison in favor of SSD / ASD. on the territory, always in collaboration with the sports organizations.
