American billionaire Jared Isaacman bought out three future SpaceX space launches, which will be carried out as part of a program called Polaris

The first two launches plan to send Crew Dragon into low Earth orbit above the point that SpaceX has never reached in unmanned and manned flights.

Isaacman has previously flew into Earth orbit on a SpaceX spacecraft Crew Dragon as part of the all-civilian three-day Inspiration4 space mission,
Together with him, on a three-day flight to low Earth orbit, they flew:
- Memphis Children’s Hospital physician Hayley Arceno;
- professor of geology Sian Proctor;
- Lockheed Martin aerospace corporation Christopher Sembrosky.
As part of the first new mission, dubbed Polaris Dawn, Isaacman plans to board the Crew Dragon himself.
Together with him will go on a flight:
- SpaceX employee Sarah Gillis;
- SpaceX employee Anna Menon;
- former US Air Force pilot Scott Potit, mission leader of Inspiration4.
They will spend five days in orbit. The crew will test Starlink satellite communications and attempt a spacewalk.
If successful, it will be the first ever spacewalk by a non-professional astronaut. The mission is scheduled to launch at the end of 2022.
The task of this flight will also be to collect information about how the human body responds to the Van Allen radiation belt.
