The fake human meat was a product of the Swedish company Oumph! during Halloween last year. So the idea behind the concept was not to encourage people to eat other people, but to try plant-based meat.

That is The company does not offer an alternative to cannibals. Rather, they claim that modern technology allows them to recreate the taste of any meat on the planet. The limited-edition fake human meat experiment was meant to catch the attention of those who had never tasted plant-based meat at all.

The idea came from an advertising agency in Madrid called LOLA MullenLowe and Oumph! which probably produced the world’s first artificial human meat burger. If the name is still bothering you, the meat is made from soy, mushrooms, wheat protein, vegetable fats and a proprietary blend of spices.
