Twitter audio recording and sharing features

A few weeks ago, the social network Twitter made an important announcement to its users. It plans to add recording and playback for spaces to its functionality in order to access shows after they are broadcast. From now on, it is then possible for a limited number of spaces hosts on iOS as well as for all auditors to use this service. For the social network, this is an effective way for hosts to extend the value of their work. Better, it will allow them to reach an audience that is not able to keep a close eye on the live conversations.

What should we take away from the new features on Twitter?

With the new updates, hosts can record the substance of their shows for 30 days after airing. They can then share it with their subscribers or use it to tweet it. As for listeners, they will be able to directly access the programs on their timeline and, if possible, share it. In order to use it, however, hosts must activate the function. Record Space well before starting a new conversation. A recording icon will then be visible to all Internet users present in the space, including listeners.

However, it should be noted that even if the recording is accessible for thirty days, hosts can delete it at any time. Twitter still reserves the right to retain recordings for up to 120 days. During this period, the social network checks whether the hateful content possibly goes against its terms of use. Note that this indictment takes place when many users repeatedly report the content of a recording.
