Space: economy, industry, laws, the first report to Urso

The first report on ‘space economy, space industry and space law’ was presented to the minister Adolfo Urso who – explains the ministry “received today at Palazzo Piacentini the president of the Leonardo-Civiltà delle Macchine Foundation, Luciano Violante, the director of Space Economy Evolution Lab-See Lab and professor of practice of Space economy at the Sda Bocconi school of management, Simonetta Di Pippo, and the president of the European center for space law Ecsl-ESA and professor of Space Law at the Sapienza University of Rome , Sergio Marchisio, the leaders of the working group” that developed the report “It was developed starting from the consultation of approximately 150 stakeholders over the last 3 years and proposes an economic and industrial analysis of the space situation at an Italian level and global, as well as possible legislative interventions to support the country’s industry, research and space policies”. For the ministry it will be “a further and useful contribution for the preparation of the related document on the space economy to be presented soon”.
