(ANSAmed) – BUCHAREST, MARCH 08 – In Romania the state of emergency due to the covid pandemic will end from next midnight, and practically all the restrictions in force are abolished. This was confirmed, according to Mediafax, by the government spokesman, Dan Carbunaru. The obligation to wear a protective mask is abolished both indoors and outdoors, and entry into Romania will no longer have to be accompanied by either the green-pass or any other required documentation, especially for air travel.
The Minister of Health, however, recommends caution: “We invite the use of a mask in very crowded spaces – said Alexandru Rafila, quoted by the media – such as markets, public transport, kindergartens, schools, universities”. (ANSAmed).
