(ANSA) – BEIJING, MARCH 22 – No survivors were found after a night of searches in the Guangxi mountain area, in southern China, where the China Eastern B737-800 with 132 people crashed yesterday afternoon .
“The wreck has been found, but so far none of the people aboard the plane with whom contact was lost have been found,” state broadcaster CCTV reported on morning news.
The plane crashed near the city of Wuzhou while flying from Kunming to Guangzhou. The route layout showed the sudden shift from 9,000 meters in altitude to about 1,000, before the final impact. (HANDLE).
