Speaking with reporters before leaving for the trip, Erdogan said he is planning a meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The visit, at the invitation of King Salman bin Abd al Aziz al Saud, comes after years of complicated relations due to the crisis that opened after the killing, in the Consulate of Riyadh in Istanbul, of the Saudi journalist and critic of the kingdom, Jamal Khashoggi in the 2018. (ANSA).
