(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 25 – “They have not sent us anything from Rome, but from what we read in the media, the Italian proposals are so detached from reality that in principle it is difficult for them to be taken seriously”. The spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, quoted by TASS, said today about the Italian plan for peace in Ukraine. The plan, added Zakharova, cited by Interfax, “can serve as an example for what can be called an ‘office theory'”. “There are ideas, but in practice they have not been verified in any way, there is not even a connection with the situation on the ground”.
