Kremlin propagandist Vladimir Solovyov began to threaten the United States with Russian nuclear weapons on his air. So he responded to the column of the American president for The New York Times with the headline “What America will and will not do in Ukraine.” Solovyov said that Russia could launch a nuclear strike with strategic nuclear weapons.

“The main passage is this: we don’t see that Russia is going to fire tactical weapons at Ukraine. Joe, and we are not going to fire tactical nuclear weapons at Ukraine. Don’t calm yourself down,” he said.

Another well-known propagandist Margarita Simonyan and guests of the studio happily agreed with him.

This is not the first time Russian propagandists have shaken the Russian Federation with nuclear weapons. All the same Solovyov said the other day that Russia could deliver a nuclear strike in the event of the transfer of multiple launch rocket systems to Ukraine.

We can say: you supplied American weapons, you are to blame, and we can strike at the decision-making centers. We won’t give a damn about Article 5″– said Solovyov on the air of his program.

Russian nuclear exercises

After demands to stop the supply of Western weapons to Ukraine and hints at the possibility of using strategic weapons, Russia on June 1 began conducting exercises with the latest complexes for launching Yars nuclear missiles.

Yars is a Russian strategic missile system with a mobile and silo-based intercontinental ballistic missile with a multiple reentry vehicle. The performance characteristics of the Yars were not disclosed, but it is known that it is capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 11,000 km.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov said that if American multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) were supplied to Ukraine, Russian cities would be under the threat of shelling from border areas and this would be “a step towards an unacceptable escalation.”

The Kremlin stated that they were not going to use nuclear weapons in the war with Ukraine, a nuclear strike would be launched only if “there is a threat to the existence of the state,” said Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

It should be noted that when a state uses nuclear weapons, other nuclear powers will certainly strike at it in response – otherwise, the use of nuclear weapons may become uncontrollable.
